Like I promised today I'll write all about my diet plan and generally how i spend my day.
I had trouble whit girlish problems today.I really feel pain during those days and need for sugar and salt .Yes,you assumed well...i didn't accomplished the mission.But today is totally justified.I promise no more excuses.Tomorrow is real D-day.
Here is my day plan for tomorrow:
08:00-hot water whit lemon and honey,2dl milk and 45 gr of dark bread
13:00-200gr of boild meat ,200gr of vegetable,80gr of apples,30gr of bread
17:00-1,5 dl of tea,2dl milk
20:00-100gr meat,100gr vegies,20gr of dark bread
22:00-100gr of apples
So this is the plan.I'll write every day about workouts and progress.I hope I'll inspire someone to do the same.
