I feel like writing tonight.
Laziness is my second name so no wonder why my weight is 61-2 kg ,and cellulite so noticeable.I don't like my self the way i'm now.I don't mean just looks,I hate my lazy character Don't get me wrong my goal is not 48 kg(and I'm not anorexic wanna be)I want my perfect weight ,my loveing 53kg👍.
This Saturday I'm turning 23.But Monday after is D day for changing my life.
Here are my plans from Monday ,April the 6th 2015. and stick to it for the nex 3 months:
1.Start a healthy diet
3.Work out at least 30 minutes in the morning
4.Do massage in the morning
5.Walk twice a day
6.Go to sleep at 22:00,wake up at 07:00
7.Drink 2l of water every day
8.Take care of your skin and hair
9.Make your own style
